Create a contact group / distribution list in Outlook by Chris Menard

Do you email the same people all the time? If yes, you need to create a Contact Group in Microsoft Outlook. Contact groups are also called “Distribution Lists”.

The steps below work in Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, and Microsoft 365 Outlook desktop.

If you want to pull Excel data with a copy and paste, see this video I created.
