How to create an automatic reply to email messages without using an Exchange Server account. You will learn how to create an email template and then create a Rule to make use of the template in responses to your emails.
NOTES: This procedure is relative to email account types, POP3, IMAP and Outlook.com.
if you are on an Exchange Sever account, you can access the option ‘Automatic Replies’ from the File tab. If you don’t see this button, you are not on an Exchange server.
