In the booking form “Note” option, you can describe about kind of custom package and things you want or we can discuss directly everything from start in 18 minutes call.
Following are kind of premium thing you can demand. If you kind of demand is not listed we can discuss that too ( any reasonable demand ).
I want monthly , quarterly or yearly package. I do not want to book daily or wait for slot to be available. I want to do calls at my decided time even that is not in your working slot. I do not want fix time. I want to do call whenever I want. Like you are just one call or message away. Watch this Netflix series complete and discuss with me. Or read this book complete or etc. Talk this or discuss this with my family member or friend or any belonging person. Assist me in any business, project, academic things, or any other task, etc. Send me this thing or gift from your country. Or need local seller or any local contact, etc. Any other reasonable demand can be discussed. Please note : Premium call option is just 18 minutes call to discuss only the custom package and things. Not for regular discussions like Casual Friend, Science & Technology, Career Guidance, Business Related, Life Coach, Relationships Related, Mental Health Support, Comparative Religion, Paranormal Discussions. And you will be able to update things later, if you want. - Please note this call each slot is of 18 minutes. Extra 2 minutes is buffer time between calls.
- It is recommended and encouraged that users fill out the “Note” section of the booking form in detail. This helps the owner understand what you want from the call so expectations can be met as accurately as possible. However, if you choose not to fill it, that is completely fine and the discussion can be decided during the call.
- If the owner, for any reason, is unable to join the scheduled meeting, you may message the owner on the Facebook or Instagram page using your order number. Links to these pages are available on the website’s Contact page. The owner will reschedule the call with you at your preferred time within working hours.
- If the owner plans to take a vacation or holiday (for 1 or 2 weeks), this will be announced in advance on Facebook and Instagram. If you accidentally or intentionally book a call during this period, you may message the owner with your order number, and the call will be rescheduled on a priority basis after the owner returns.
- If a connectivity issue occurs on the owner’s side for 5 minutes or more, the owner will compensate by either extending the call duration or offering a discount on a future call.
- If you (the user) book a call and do not join at the scheduled time, the owner will wait for 15 minutes and then leave the meeting. If you become available afterward, you may message the owner on Facebook or Instagram with your order number, and the owner may rejoin. However, there will be no refund or compensation for delays caused from the user’s side (including failure to join on time or connectivity issues).
- There is no refund or compensation for canceled calls or for multiple calls already booked. Once a slot is booked, it becomes unavailable to other users, which results in business loss. To avoid this, please book calls wisely.
- If you wish to discuss custom deals or premium services during an already booked call, there is no need to purchase a separate premium service option beforehand.
- The call can be rescheduled at least 5 days before the scheduled start time, but not after that. You can reschedule a call from “my bookings” page. You will find that page link in the website menu at the top.
- Appointments can be cancelled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time from same “my bookings” page. Missed or late cancellations are considered a no-show.

Example: “There was a user with a similar situation; we discussed certain approaches, and that worked well.”- Users ( you ) are not allowed to record the owner’s audio or video without permission.
- Users( you ) are not allowed to disclose any additional identity-related or sensitive information about the owner beyond what is already publicly shared on the website.
- Users ( you ) may share reviews or feedback about their experience, provided that no sensitive or identity-related information of either party is disclosed.

MFA is Multi-Factor Authentication. Along with a password, you will require an authenticator code to log in successfully. This is extra security for your benefit. It’s very easy to set up. You can watch the guidance video below.

Once you book a call, you will receive an email after some time that will have a link to join the meeting. That link will be a Microsoft Teams meeting link. You can join the meeting with this link. Microsoft Teams is a tool used to join online meetings. Make sure to join on time, as you booked using the booking form.
-If you are on mobile ( Android, iPhone). You can download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Just search “MS Teams”.
-If you are on a laptop, you can join directly in the browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc. ) by clicking on the meeting link you will receive in your email. Or you can download MS Teams on your laptop, install it, and join.

Yes, after 18 minutes of premium service call if you need to update anything, you can just message on Facebook, Instagram, or any connected platform. The owner will guide you about your new options and will update you according to your new requirements.
If you are an active member of the premium service option. You will receive an answer within a day, or possibly even sooner, such as within a few minutes or hours. An active premium member’s communication account and other details will already be whitelisted. But if you are not active, you will not get a reply like normal users, depending on the workload and availability.
An active premium member is the one who is currently using the decided custom package. Non-active is the one who discussed things but does not book any custom package.
No issue, if you lost your current account or accounts due to losing your phone or because of any other reason. Just message your details and secret code if you remember. The owner will whitelist your new accounts.
